Whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience in woodworking, my 1-Day Introduction to Pole-Lathe Turning course is designed for anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of bowl turning. Throughout the day, you and your group will learn to use a traditional pole lathe and hook tools to turn a wooden bowl blank into a beautiful and functional bowl. The course covers essential techniques, including selecting the right wood, preparing a bowl blank*, and mounting it onto the lathe.
